Exchange, Return and Refund

Three’s offering you a very easy and smooth exchange and return opportunities. After receiving products if you see any deviation on size, color, and quality unlike you expected you claim exchange or return for it. We suggest you check the products in front of our delivery agent. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect in size and color you can give it back to the deliveryman instantly without any hesitation. Otherwise, you can place a claim for exchange and return within 7 days after you have received the products.

1. In case of exchange and return, products must be unused and in the same conditions as we sent. It also must be in the original packaging.
2. The product ought to be intact with tags and other supporting documents. If you lost the documents, you could still claim by providing us with your phone number you have used in the purchase.
3. You need to exchange products with another one of the same or higher value. No cash refund will be given in case of exchange.
4. In case of exchange we will proceed another one as you require only when we receive your returned products in hand.
5. To exchange products you need to bear the delivery charge. But if there are any problems from our side, we are offering you free return and exchange.
6. Each product is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
7. Refund and exchange policy is not applicable for the discounted products.
8. Refunds for any return will be provided only after receiving the returned products in our hands.
