Three’S sincerely address them all when it fixes the price. We also consider the COGS and Shipping cost for setting the final price.

3. One point to remember is that the delivery charge is not included in the product price. It will be added separately with your final order during the checkout process.

About Ordering

1. A customer can order from our website and by visiting the social media links provided on our website.
2. Orders can only be placed for items currently in stock showing on the website. Delivery of the product also depends on stock availability.
3. After placing an order, if you need to cancel it you can do it when our agent calls you over the phone to reconfirm your order and the delivery address you have given. After Reconfirming your order, you can’t cancel it unless our delivery agents reach you with the products. You can also cancel your order by calling us directly over the phone before 4 pm every day.
4. Three’S don’t take pre-orders for any products.
5. Three’S hold all the rights of cancellation of any order if it feels necessary.

About Delivery

1. Three’s offering the quickest possible delivery to its dearest customers. It generally takes 72 hours or less to reach you once after you place an order.
2. Delivery charges can vary according to your city. It is 100 tk for Dhaka city and 150 tk for any location outside Dhaka city. To deliver products outside Bangladesh one will be charged according to the international standard.
3. If a customer places an order with cash on delivery option, he/ she should pay to the delivery man after receiving products. We suggest you open the products in front of our delivery agent to check its conditions. If you feel products and size are not the same as you ordered, you can immediately give back to our agents. No delivery charge will be applied in this case.
4. Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address. If the customer wants the product to be sent to a different location, he must place more than one separate order.
5. It is essential for the customers to provide accurate and complete delivery information for smooth completion of the delivery. Delivery may be canceled due to incorrect and incomplete information.
6. Delivery of your products can also be delayed or canceled due to size unavailability, courier issues, political unrest, adverse weather conditions and so on. Three’S preserves all the rights for cancellation of any order and delivery.
